War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy
Artemis Fowl Series by Eoin Colfer
Demian by Hermann Hesse
I also enjoy a variety nonfiction such as Mozart: A Life by Maynard Solomon, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: An Inquiry into Values by Robert M. What do you listen to when you write?
Even though I love music and have spent most of my life making music, I prefer to write in silence! I find it much easier to focus when there's nothing to distract me in the background. However, my favorite songs/pieces include (but are not limited to) "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" by George Harrison, "Desperado" by the Eagles, all of Mozart's violin concertos, Blake Shelton's "Some Beach", Neil Young's "Heart of Gold", Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2 and Piano Concerto No. 2, and tons more!
What are the names of your cats?
Chandler, Joey and Monica... after my favorite TV show, of course!
